S3DA has been tasked with the design of multi-family housing in 2350 Northview Drive Sacramento, CA.

S3DA will be responsible for the planning phase, architectural, structural, civil, landscape, and MEP design of the project.

The parcel is 1 acre and the expected coverage area is about 13,900 SF. It also consists of approximately 30 One and Two-Bedroom apartments. The approach is to provide affordable units while maintaining the efficiency and longevity of the complex as an asset to its surrounding environment.
