I highly recommend Sandy Covington as the best realtor in town. I am from Hawaii, and my husband was stationed in Clarksville, TN. It took us a while to find a realtor that we could definitely trust. We found Sandy Covington through a mutual friend who had also used Sandy Covington in the past.
Sandy went above and beyond. She found us a place to buy where everything on my checklist was met. Sandy Covington is very detailed about everything and she communicates very well. Sandy was even willing to pick us up to the airport when we flew into town and took us to our hotel.
Sandy was not just a realtor, she helped us to get everything done. It wasn’t her job to do that, but she DID it without hesitation. Even after we got settled, she still kept in touch with us. It is hard to find a realtor, especially in recent years, that goes way above and beyond.
I would say she was not just a realtor, she could also be your friend too. If only I could take her with me to be my realtor in Hawaii, I WOULD without hesitation. She is the top, 10 out of 10 or more...

When my husband and I were planning our move from New Jersey to Dickson, Tennessee, we had no idea where to start. We were referred to Sandy Covington with Benchmark Realty, LLC., and we could not have been happier with the service we received!
She promptly replied back to us when we contacted her regarding our needs for housing and worked around our schedules. Due to our jobs, it was difficult to travel to Tennessee ourselves to look at houses. Sandy kept in close contact with us and had several phone conversions regarding what we needed for our house and property. We were extremely nervous about being able to find a house that both my husband and I loved. We should never have worried.
Sandy sent us multiple listings for houses and worked with us to figure what was most important to us. And then she found it - our perfect house! The house had everything both my husband and I wanted. As we were unable to travel immediately to view the house in person, Sandy, within an hour of us voicing our interest in the house, drove to the property to make sure it was as amazing in person as it appeared on the online listing. She kept us on the phone with her the entire time she was touring the property. Though sight unseen by us, we immediately put an offer on the house after consulting with Sandy. In less than 24 hours, we had our dream house contingent on us viewing it ourselves.
She helped us schedule a viewing of the property and met us at the house for our tour. We fell in love with the property, and we closed on our perfect house. Sandy worked with us every step of the way and made sure she was available to us whenever we needed her or had questions. We could never have found our house without Sandy’s hard work, professionalism, and knowledge of the area. We are forever grateful to her. Sandy Covington is the best real estate agent we could have hoped to have on our journey to find our home.
