S3DA was awarded the structural and MEP design of this 73,000-sqft four-story complex, particularly because of our capabilities to handle both types of projects simultaneously. This is a unique approach that significantly reduces design clashes and offers a single source of responsibility, which leads to lower costs and adhered deadlines.<br \/>\nThe project consists of 47 hotel rooms, 51 residential units, and an underground parking garage with 106 spaces.
