It boasts a new restaurant and brewery with a rooftop pool deck in the beachfront city of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.connect.media\/blue-wave-wins-approval-to-roll-into-imperial-beach\/\">Imperial Beach<\/a>, CA. The project design includes underground parking structures as well as the addition of Green Building and environmentally friendly building material. It includes also\u00a0types with solar power, electric vehicle charging stations, and much more.<\/p>\n<h4>S3DA Rolle:<\/h4>\n<p>The S3DA team has currently <a href=\"https:\/\/s3da-design.com\/portfolio\/blue-wave-mixed-use-hotel-and-apartment-complex-for-imperial-beach\/\">completed all the initial structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans<\/a> with submittal to the City for preliminary review and plan check. The design team is finishing the structural design work on the restaurant and brewery in coordination with the architectural design team. The new Brewery and Restaurant will boast a very modern look, with an open and welcoming feel. S3DA is awaiting City plan comments for this initial submittal.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re on target to complete the processing of these documents by the end of 2020.
