For this Santa Rosa project, S3DA developed a coordinated structural solution that addressed both the integrity of the modified container modules and the performance of the overall residential system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our engineering approach focused on reinforcing critical cut openings with lintel framing and edge stiffeners, designing reliable tie-down connections to the foundation, and integrating wood-framed infill and second-floor structural elements into a cohesive lateral and gravity load path.
