Our team focused on creating robust, energy-efficient systems that balance tenant comfort with long-term operational reliability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our specialized scope of work included:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical Systems: Development of full mechanical specifications and\u00a0a high-precision heat load report. A key feature of this design is the rigid ductwork system, specifically engineered to be secured to the building\u2019s structure for superior durability and airflow distribution. We also provided detailed roof plans and schedules.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical Infrastructure: Comprehensive lighting and power floor plans supported by Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and detailed panel schedules. The design ensures code-compliant power distribution throughout\u00a0the residential\u00a0units and\u00a0common areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plumbing Engineering: Full design of domestic water and sanitary drainage systems, including 2D riser diagrams for clear vertical coordination.
