The project includes full gravity and lateral system design&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;applicable Washington State and City of Tacoma requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structural scope covers gravity load analysis for the DADUs, including roof decks and garages, along with the design of lateral force-resisting systems, foundations, slabs, and load transfer to soil.
