Our design focused on rigid compliance with the rigorous&nbsp;<strong>Florida Building Code (FBC)<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>ASCE 7<\/strong>&nbsp;requirements, specifically addressing high-velocity wind, seismic, and flood loads critical to coastal Florida projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our integrated scope of work included:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Structural Design:<\/strong>\u00a0Detailed calculations for\u00a0<strong>PEMB foundations, slab-on-grade, anchor rods, and base plates<\/strong>\u00a0designed to resist high wind and flood reactions.
