The project involves a two-phase addition and upgrade to an existing residence, combining structural strengthening with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support modern living standards and future expansion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1 \u2014 Ground Floor Addition<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Our structural team is preparing detailed calculations and drawings for the new ground-floor addition, designed to accommodate future second-floor loads. The work includes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprehensive loading analyses (wind, seismic, dead, and live loads)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structural design of new foundations, shear and load-bearing walls, posts, headers, and roof tie-ins\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diaphragm and collector continuity verification at connection points\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of foundation, shear wall, and roof framing plans with detailed sections and specifications\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2 \u2014 Second Floor Addition<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>The second phase will add a complete upper level, requiring advanced coordination between disciplines.
