The existing building consists of a two storey building of a hotel (Ponsbourne Park, 4 The Dricve Newgate Street), approximately 600 square meters each floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was all internal wall to be removed but keep the existing roof system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two storey hotel is intended to change into a full height single storey event hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Design standard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Design and detail of the structural steelwork was done based on BS 5950 and BS8110 and EuroCode where applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless noted otherwise on the Engineer\u2019s drawings, hot \u2013 rolled structural sections and plates of Grade S355 of BS EN 10025-2 are used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
