[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]S3DA completed the MEP Design for IDAHO MICRO UNITS at 4215 Idaho St., San Diego, CA 92104.<\/p>\n

The project was a construction of a 3-story, 18 residential dwelling units for the low-income density bonus as permitted. Type V-B at all floors, sprinkled, with a 13,711 SF floor area ratio.<\/p>\n

The Electrical design included power systems for transformers, main distribution boards, distribution and sub-distribution, cables, wired and related accessories. Lighting systems, for indoor lighting and emergency lighting, wiring devices, and miscellaneous equipment. The Mechanical engineering design included the air-conditioning station, air duct network, ventilation network, exhaust, and make-up air. An isometric diagram for cold\/hot water and gas piping for the plumbing engineering design system.<\/p>\n

The T24 was also completed, and the package was submitted to the city.<\/p>\n
