[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]S3DA Design was requested to provide Civil, Structural, MEP Design<\/a> and Fire Sprinkler design for 1241 N Sycamore Ave, LA, CA residence. The project consisted of :<\/p>\n

  1. Structural analysis and design for lateral and vertical loads.<\/li>\n
  2. Foundations<\/li>\n
  3. Podium Slab<\/li>\n
  4. Wood floors<\/li>\n
  5. Steel framings or wood studs shear walls<\/li>\n
  6. Structural Drawings for all the above item mentioned<\/li>\n
  7. Structural calculations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The design was submitted for the city permit review in the 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0week of Feb. 2022.
