The building designed blockwork on the first floor and wooden frame for floors above. The biggest challenge for this residential design project was the project schedule.<br \/>\nThe project schedule allowed only 3 months from the start of design to complete construction package for getting city permission. Yet, the project was completed under budget and one month ahead of schedule due to an intense coordinated team-work in the design and planning stages between the teams.
