The client\u2019s request included architectural, structural, and electrical design for the project. The structural stage design was based on the architectural arrangement and full details were being provided to the City and the contractors. We had to consider Sacramento being in Seismic Zone a major challenge, and as to how to design the wood details connection withstanding strong Seismic effect prevent quaking.
