Provider – Anne Marshall

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Anne is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 20 years as a psychiatric BSN RN. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2023.

Based in Boise, Idaho, her practice Rekindled Spirit Marshall Mental Health joined the Blue Mountain Wellness Family in 2026. She serves teens, adults, and geriatric clients with mental health challenges, maintaining recovery, and medication management. As a veteran herself, She is attuned to veterans’ unique mental health needs, Shaped by a deep personal awareness of military service’s impact.

She prioritizes empathy, inclusiveness, and inquisitiveness, understanding that each individual is unique. Her approach is grounded in warm affirmation, validation, and creating a secure, judgement-free environment. Using an empathic collaborative approach to identify needs, goals, and desired outcomes. She partners with her clients to create a plan that aligns with their unique needs.

 

Office Manager – Peppi McIntosh

Peppi serves as the Practice Manager at Blue Mountain Behavioral Wellness, overseeing the daily operations of our group psychiatric practice in Boise, Idaho. With a focus on delivering seamless patient experiences, she ensures that both clinical and administrative workflows run efficiently, from scheduling and billing to staff coordination and compliance.

With experience in healthcare management, she brings understanding of practice operations, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. Passionate about mental health and behavioral wellness, she works closely with providers, front desk staff, and patients to create a supportive, organized, and welcoming environment. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from BYU. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in Idaho’s outdoors, volunteering in the community and reading, reflecting a commitment to well-being both professionally and personally.
